This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. My third order was supposed to be "next day delivery" for an extra $19.95, but instead, I received an email stating it would take "3 business days," and it eventually took much longer. I spent hours trying to get a refund for the unprovided service, but every attempt to contact customer service was met with an automated bot or an endless phone system. This horrible business pushed me to my breaking point, forcing me to leave this review and try one last time to speak with a human.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and it wasn't delivered next day. In fact, it took days. I want a refund for that specific shipping charge.
