The tracking number shows it stuck in Atlanta, and every attempt to get a refund response has been met with a generic "it is in transit" from a BOT. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because I wanted my money back and some real answers.
Customer: I need to know what's happening with my order #105081183. It's been months, and I still haven't received it or my refund. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see the tracking indicates it's stuck in transit in Atlanta. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Customer: "In transit" is all your bots tell me! I want my $246.00 back. When will I actually get my refund? CS Rep: We have processed your refund, and it typically takes 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. We apologize for the delay. Customer: So, I have to wait even longer after all this? You've had my money for months for an order I never received!
