Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience to warn others. My recent attempt to order glasses was a nightmare, and I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this company is just dishonest and doesn't honor promos. It was impossible to collect the offer I wanted because the site was full of glitches. There was no customer service available 24 hours, no agent to speak to, which is utterly unprofessional. I will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. The responses of what they offered me were even worse: "Return them (even though their correct style and prescription) to RETURN AND REORDER to get the BOGO they messed up and admitted." A simple solution, like a credit back to my card used? "Nah that's too easy." This whole experience was just infuriating and truly felt like a robbery.
