They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for what their site clearly stated was "eligible for next day delivery." Hours later, I received an email saying my order would take "3 business days." Where is "next day"? This bait-and-switch felt utterly dishonest, and my attempts to reach a human through their toll-free line, live chat, or email were met with silence or bots. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because this fraudulent charge for a service not rendered is unacceptable.
