I felt compelled to leave this review and try to reach customer service because I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, which have been causing me dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved after multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. I feel so frustrated and unwell, which is why I need to talk to someone right now.
Customer: I received my order, but these safety glasses are definitely the wrong prescription. They're making me feel dizzy and nauseous. CS Rep: I apologize sincerely for the discomfort and inconvenience this has caused you. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Can I please get your order number to look into this for you? Customer: My order number is #123456789. I've tried reaching out multiple times already through chat and phone, and I just keep hitting dead ends. I need this fixed immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration.
