What's worse, there's no real customer service – no 24-hour support, no live agent. It's utterly unprofessional. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because their proposed "solution" to their admitted BOGO mistake was ridiculous: return my perfectly fine glasses and reorder. Why couldn't they just credit my card? It’s completely unfair.
Customer: I am calling because your website glitched, and I couldn't apply the buy-one-get-one promotion I was eligible for, even though I added two pairs. Customer: My order number is [Order Number]. I already tried explaining this, and your proposed solution was to return my current glasses and reorder, which is absurd since they are correct.
