Please heed my warning about my terrible online shopping experience; it was nothing short of frustrating and dishonest. I placed an order for glasses, seeing "eligible for next day delivery" on their site, which I naturally assumed meant my order would arrive the next day. So, I paid the $19.95 next-day delivery fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." This company is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping us off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. This blatant contradiction, coupled with their unreachable customer service (just automated bots and endless phone systems), compelled me to leave this review and try to engage with customer service again.
Customer: I paid extra for next-day delivery, but my order email says it will take 3 business days. This is completely unacceptable. I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I apologize for the discrepancy regarding your delivery time, sir. I see your order for Plano lenses placed on February 18th. There might have been a system error in the estimated delivery time presented on the website versus the actual processing time for that specific order. Customer: A system error? Your website clearly stated "next day delivery," and I was charged for it! Then my order email says 3 days, and it actually took until the 24th. This is misleading, and trying to get a human to even talk about this has been impossible. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration with the delayed delivery and the difficulty reaching a representative. Please accept our sincerest apologies. I can process a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee right away for you. Customer: Fine, process the refund for the shipping. But this whole experience has been a joke. Just tell me when my glasses are actually going to arrive.
