I ordered my glasses on May 4th and was explicitly assured they would be finished and shipped by May 11th. It's now May 26th, and I'm still receiving nothing but generic emails apologizing for the continuous delays. After seeing all the one-star reviews that had the exact same experience which I did, I am not surprised. I tried multiple times to call customer service and finally spoke to someone in India who was absolutely no help at all. This utter lack of transparency and broken promises is why I felt compelled to leave this review and finally engage with their customer service directly.
Customer: "Hello, I'm calling again about order #123456. I placed it on May 4th, was promised it would be finished by May 11th, and it's now May 26th with no sign of my glasses. All I get are these vague delay emails. What is going on?"
