Online Shopping Hell: Dishonest Promos, Glitches, and NO Customer Service! 😤😭


If you're considering ordering from this website, please take my experience as a cautionary tale. My recent online shopping journey was absolutely terrible. They proved to be dishonest and don't honor promos, making it impossible to collect the offer when their site is full of glitches. To top it off, there's no customer service 24 hours, no agent available to help. I found their approach utterly unprofessional. I felt compelled to reach out to their customer service to resolve a promotional discount issue they admitted was their mistake, and then decided to share this review to warn others.

Customer: I'm calling about order #XYZ. Your website glitched when I tried to apply a BOGO promotion, and now it's not showing up on my order, even though I qualified for it. CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our website glitches and the promotional offer. Let me pull up your order and see what happened. Customer: I already went through this on chat. Your solution was to have me return them (even though they're the correct style and prescription) to RETURN AND REORDER to get the BOGO you messed up and admitted to. Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? That seems like a simple solution, but it seems that's too easy. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with that proposed solution. Unfortunately, our system isn't designed to apply retrospective discounts directly to an existing order in that manner once it's processed. The return and reorder process is our standard procedure to ensure the promotion is applied correctly on a new transaction. Customer: So, I have to go through the hassle of shipping glasses back, waiting for a refund, and then placing an entirely new order, just because your site glitched and your promotion didn't apply correctly? That's completely unreasonable and not fair to consumers. CS Rep: I truly regret the inconvenience this causes. While a direct credit isn't feasible, if you proceed with the return and reorder, I can personally ensure the new order is expedited and provide a small additional discount on your next purchase as a further apology for this experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
