I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone considering shopping here. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, truly terrible. I spent $372 on scratched glasses and then found myself caught in a frustrating loop just trying to resolve the issue. Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. I tried to start a return/exchange, but I never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! This whole situation compelled me to try and reach customer service, hoping to sort this mess out before I consider more drastic actions.
Customer: I'm calling about an order I placed – I received scratched glasses, and I've been trying for two days to get a return label, but your bot keeps sending it to an email I'm not getting. I spent $372 on these! CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, sir/madam. Receiving scratched glasses is unacceptable, and I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced trying to get a return label and reach a human. Let me pull up your order for you. Can you please provide your order number? Customer: It's [Order Number]. This is ridiculous, I've wasted so much time. And even after finally talking to someone, I got the wrong return information the first time! CS Rep: I'm so sorry that you were provided incorrect information previously. I see the issue with the return label not reaching your inbox. I'm going to re-send the return label to your verified email address right now, and I'll stay on the line to confirm you receive it this time. We will also process a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer, as soon as we receive the damaged glasses back. Customer: Fine. Just make sure it actually comes through this time. I want the exchange, for a new, unscratched pair.
